After every dark,

Comes a bright light.

When they dwell together,
It’s upto us to choose where to look.

The first two pictures are both taken from the third, zoomed in at different places.

  1. Just before I saw this post, I had written this to my Mom:
Life is a paradox in the sense that all of us are alone in our quests and struggles and also that all of us are one! Same struggles with everybody having a different background!!!

But really, do we realize when we are in the first or second pictures that there is a third one!!

  2. This tells the simple fact that there is no need to be disheartened or excessively be delighted by the smaller picture, for there is always a bigger picture which is a mix of both good and bad….

  3. U goin all poetic…. !! Not bad. :)

  4. It’s up to us whether we see the darker or the lighter side of the picture…

  5. It’s all a matter of perspective…. and choice!! :)

  6. :) so simple, yet so profound.

  7. Of course…..dark is important in its own way. Without darkness, we will not know the value of light.

In the same way as we won’t know the value of a day if there were no night :)

  8. Nice sunrise photo, where did you take it?

  9. @ Ranjan, Naresh, Anshul, Sam, Shuh & Ashish: Thanks for your perspectives. I love the fact that there are so many different views yet all seem sensible & profound in their own right.

    @ Bikram: :)

@ Yogesh Sarkar: Sunset actually. At the Blue Mountains, Sydney, Australia.
