Good news: It’s not bird flu.
Bad news: It is some other type of viral flu. Probably due to the change of weather. I’m not ruling out psychosomatic fever though, so it would make this all YOUR fault _____ (insert your name if you have severely hassled me in the last 24 hours)
Just plain Annoying: My dad’s tests to see if I’m really ill.
(01) If it’s 8 in the pm & Melody does not to go out, then she’s really ill.
(02) If it’s anything in the am / pm & Melody is not on the computer, then she’s really ill.
I’m already tired after sitting at my PC for just a couple of minutes. So you see dad, ![]()
PS: Instead of leaving a “Get well soon” comment here, sing me a song.

To Melody
You are like a garden flower
blooming in the spring
Eyes bright and shining
for everyone you meet
And now you’re feeling poorly
and you know this just won’t do
This poem is here to let you know
our prayers and hopes are with you
Borrowed from Shel Lahman

Vaaji, Vaaji, En Jeevan Sivaji…ullp, sorry that isn’t a ‘get well soon’ song. Try drinking hot virgin water…its my latest recommendation for everything from heartache to the sniffles!

Poor Gal, U should take care nooo. And don’t indulge in self-meditation. i.e., don’t pick any random medicine or ‘nuskha’ u come across. Pro advice is good.
And, the prologue cartoon is really amusing.

Hmm…..maybe not a song but some words i like….
….If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds’ worth of distance run,….
–If by Rudyard Kipling
Trust this will get those grey cells working.
Get well soon!

@ IdeaSmithy: lol to the Virgin water thingie. You guys must rub it in that I only drink Virgin eh?! Thx for the song nevertheless!
@ Aquariius: Do not like the Sopranos, too much violence for me but love West Wing. Also caught “The Family Stone” on DVD, quite silly, but Christmassy so I liked it.
@ Pensive: You are bent on making me use my grey cells aren’t you. Well, I won’t. So there
@ Inexile: I would stand up & walk out on you?
@ Gaurav D: Merci, I think!!
@ Twisted: Awwww, you could have tried nevertheless! Thx anyway!
@ Naresh: YES. Please stop now!!
@ Ashish: “used solely to scare hiccups”. Will call you then! And love your take on the ice-cream
@ Bikram: Merci beaucoup.

haven’t seen the family stone whats it about ?
yea i love the west wing too, really great all-round show, i’ve collected all the seasons on dvd except the last where leo dies (in real life..)
gonna start watching frasier & just shoot me, i love good tv whenever i get a chance or time, but its gotta be without any breaks/ads etc hence i get the complete seasons… so the max time i get to watch is when im under the weather..
ok enough blabbing.. check out nip/tuck if you can, really slick show.

@ Marise: Sounds good
@ Inexile: Hon, I’m just kidding of course. I’ll stay & listen no matter how pathetically terrible you are.
@ Aquariius: It’s a movie, more here. Seen all of Frasier & Just Shoot Me, funny stuff!! Nip & Tuck is supposed to be good too, a friend of mine has it all on DVD but I haven’t caught it yet.

heyyy this movie has diane keaton ! one of my fav people… she is so cool.
i think she and woody allen make such a fantastic team onscreen, she perfectly balances his neurotic energy with her glib and cool manner. man, Manhattan, Annie Hall and ofcourse the uber-cool Manhattan Murder Mystery..
hey that brought back great memories, what amazing cinema !
cheers

How about a limerick instead?
Ye olde blogger Mel was prone to the flu,
She caught it everytime a cold wind blew,
To insist she was quick,
That it wasn’t psychosomatic.
And yet she blogs about that too!
