Random images from the Weekend:

At Candies ~ over Cold Chocolate Coffee (yumm), quiches & other stuff. Where conversation varied from discussing whether the girl at the next table’s boobs were real or not (they sure were very bouncy & seemingly ill-fitting the rest of her frame) to whether love can come by calculation. (and what was meant by “calculation” was “through proposals”. Fyi, I was of the opinion that it can (& I have many examples of living proof).

At TGIF ~ over shrimps sea food platters and onions rings and even a pizza which we forgot to order. Ironically we did not go there on a Friday. The food was a tad oily for my taste & not cheap (about INR 350/- average) but I did love the decor - the walls were full of pictures of great American classic TV programs, movies, stars & other paraphernalia.

Watching “Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End“. Though I went full of great hopes for this movie - and though I defended the seemingly inane plot to the gentleman next to me (who smartly came without having seen the first 2 parts) - it finally got too much for me too. Seriously, this one just didn’t do anything for me. Except perhaps have me in splits at the hilarious comments from aforementioned gentleman friend.

Also had a great family lunch, where we celebrated a couple who’ve been married 33 years & who’ve known each other 10 years before that. Old (b&w!) photographs were taken out & “OMG! Look at (insert name)” or “OMG! Look at how thin (insert name) was” was heard a lot. Food (as usual) was beyond amazing. May you guys always be blessed.
