I will not pretend that I like the hordes of people that descend upon the queen of the surburbs of Mumbai at this time. I will not pretend I like the filth, the noise, the chaos.
Ultimately though, this is home - and as anyone knows, home is the best place on earth!

Its been ages since I have been there…only just about remember the crowded church and of course the walk down the steps buying kilos and kilos of chana and of course those ever present water bubbles! hehehe…

thnx for the nice snap mel, reminders of bbay always make me nostalgic. esp this pic which reminded me how i dragged of a frnd after bunking college to c what the hype was all about. also this church is one of my favorite places to worship in the city…think ill stop here b4 launching into a ‘flashback’
