Win A Melly!

Further to the front page in the TOI today - I hope ALL of you have signed the petition to the PM - if not, you can do it online here (click image).

Edited July 26th: Was running a contest here earlier but due to a poor response have knocked that idea off. Will keep my melly’s for myself… until my next great idea. Stay tuned :)

    @ Sherriff: No worries, your wishes are as good today as they would have been on the 14th! Hope the “great idea” in your comment means you’re taking part in the contest!

    hey i am really sorry i cannot participate :-( the govt. seems to have been very active in asking all ISPs to block blogsopt based blogs…

    i believe that we must start the counting down the days remaining when we enjoy free speech. very very sad for a nation like India that plays the harp of democracy…

    @ Ashish: Am STUNNED by our government… just when I think things can’t get any worse…

    Was kinda happy to see Dina & Dilip quoted in the article but saddened by the whole thing.

    The good news though - frm what I’m told is that the ban on the sites is already off & all sites in question are up and running. Funny though, tried to access Dilip’s site this morning but couldn’t. Hmmm.
