Ajay always grumbles that I put too many pictures on my blog but I can’t help it - I’m a very visual person. I think in visuals & hence I write in visuals.

Anyway thought I’d further drive the point home by only using visuals for this entry. Well, mostly.

Friday 12th May

Special blessing was that my altar light was finally replaced. The light had fused & the door was jammed so I couldn’t get it changed for over a month. Had to get someone to come do it & honestly, what joy when it was done!

Also got to spend some time with my dearest Eli (though unfortunately not too much) at a new club that I’ve gotten membership at.

Ended the day with Music Ministry Pracs for the Pentecost Rally which is going to be held at St. Andrew’s School Grounds 2nd - 4th June 2006. It’s going to be good, so if you’re Catholic & if you’re in Bombay, do try & make it those days - it’s in the evenings - will post exact timings later.

Saturday 13th May

Spent most of the day with a couple who’s wedding ceremonies I’m organising at the Taj Land’s End, Grand Hyatt & other hotels (7 functions totally). They’re a proposal match & yet so much in love, it’s heart warming… yes, there’s hope for me yet!

Night went out with the folks to celebrate an aunt’s birthday at Trafalgar Chowk for dinner & then one of my cousin’s places for post dinner treats. Click to enlargen pic

Sunday 14th May

Was mother’s day. Spent most of the day with my mother & father wishing their parents :) Also spent lots of time with my darling god-daughter Sarah who was ever so smiley… excuse the hair, I can’t help playing with it ;)

Monday 15th May

Spent most of the day Monday in a top secret deal ;) (lol) which is looking good!

Tuesday 16th May

Spent in the city. Was busy with another funtion, this one at Indigo. Met up with a very very very sexy (to say the least) ex-supermodel from France & another darling whom I’ve not met in a long time. Good fun, looking foward to this event.

  6. LMAO @ the Proposal story!!! Hahaha poor you!

Anyways…that kid is real cute but why the hell does she look like a future punk rocker to me? LOL!

  7. Photo number six is awesome. I always had to bribe Golu with jam or something for him to allow me to do stuff to his hair.

  8. @ Sakshi: Will try to be there. 3pm ’s not an optimum time for me (even if it is a Saturday!) but enjoyed the last meet up, so will try anyway. Thx for the heads up.

@ Anumita: Good to see you around after so long :) Hope you’re doing great!

@ Sherriff: You’re most welcome to come to the club anytime…the name is …er… seem to forget it at the moment though… hmmmm ;)

About the VIP Frenchie (lol, she’d have my job for calling her that), keep wondering, ain’t revealing. Though may try to get some pictures!!

@ Ajay: Geez will you EVER stop grumbling???

@ Noojes: Would love to :D (do I seem the type to say no to a party?!)

@ Alex: My poor baby! Will have her stay the heck away from Alex-types to prevent anything of the sort ever happening. Humph.

@ Vijay: Was just lucky that madam was in a good mood. Sometimes she’s ever so cranky & all the jam in the world wouldn’t get me any hair-touching time.

Just some more Trivia for Y’all: I had read a children’s book called “Cowlick Rick” a long time ago. It was about a boy named Rick (d-uh) whose hair looked like it had been licked by a cow (pretty much what my baby looks like in pic 6). The book was mainly pictures, don’t remember anything else about it, but know this - I have a subconscious knack of making “cowlicks” on babies heads when I play with them. And maybe on anyone else’s heads if they allow me to play with their hair too ;)

  9. Whoopsie, me pretty late in commentin this time… work work work work, though I made sure I replied to ur comment on my blog first ;)

And yeah… do keep the pictures comin… Ajay can grumble all he wants ;)

P.S Where you around when Herge got the idea for Tintin? I know you’re old, but jeez.. :D

  10. @ Dev: I believe Tintin was first published in 1946. That would make me, wot, 50 yrs today?! You’re brilliant at math aren’t you?! ;)

Incidentally and probably not coincidentally, Tintin was one of my two favorite comics while growing up. Yes, the other was Asterix (first published in 1959, fyi)

  11. Here’s an addition to that comment, I’m most likely to be : Madame Bianca Castafiore, the Milanese Nightingale (sing exactly like her, people cover their ears when I sing too!)

And in Asterix would probably be Mrs Geriatrix (well, because, lol, have you seen the sexy babe??!!)
