Otherwise my sister’ll surely be dead.

Seriously.

I love her to death & would give my life for her but would just as easily take hers. And on so many occasions would have loved to. Yes, do see the religious side to me people.

Not that these feelings weren’t mutual.

Mercifully we didn’t have a gun at home.

One of my friends said to me earlier today “This proves how thick skinned our politicians are…. shoot them four times in the stomach & they still refuse to die”

Stupid Pravin.

He should have packed Pramod off to Australia. I miss my sister so much now.

In other news, am singing “I shot the Sheriff… but I didn’t shoot the Union Minister”. Just thought I’d mention.

Damn, I should really get back to work.

PS: Sis darling if you should chance upon this post, though I know you have so many better things to do about now ;) do excuse. I even made a special category for this one.

  1. Which reminds me… 95% of ppl are still alive because it’s illegal to shoot ‘em.

    Have a nice day! :)

  2. I love that song…I wish me had more of Bob Marley.

  6. Hey… goin out of the context… good u comin to Mlore (if u are)… :) If you’re meetin me, plz dont bring a gun. I don’t want ur next post to be “I shot a blogger” or “The last chapter of Devz diary”. I can be very irritating, you see. Check with Dharmu for more details.

  7. “I can be very irritating, you see”

Really Dev?… I hadn’t noticed… ;) Also thx for reminding me of what to buy before I come to Mlore!

Alex, you watch out, calling me names on other ppl’s blogs!!! Humph!!

  8. lol @ mel fr yr comment on dev.
As fr yr post, well, it got me thinking too. I must have shouted at my kid brother more than i yelled at anybody else in my life. there were times when i even told him to ‘buzz off’ and ‘get the hell outta here’. but i love him loads and he knows that.

wonder how siblings ever feel like shooting each other. after sharing their childhood and all the fun and caring that came along with it..

  9. hey..the treats on me.. anytime :)
and hell yeah…23’s quite old by my standards..but suprisingly i hav’nt yet got my wisdom teeth…hmmm…maybe they were never meant to be …

  10. Ha ha great post, greater category, greatest song

    noojes

  11. @ Aparna: “wonder how siblings ever feel like shooting each other”
Like I said in the post, so often when my sis & I would fight I really wish she’d disapeer… so I can understand how one can feel like getting violent with one’s sibling.

But I honestly wouldn’t ever understand how one would ever go through with such feelings. There were always tons of things I could use around the house to whack my sis for example but I never would even imagine such a thing - or even imagine raising a hand on her!

It’s like all the bad times you go through only serve to strenghen your relationship with each other.

It’s sad that our Union Minister’s relationship with his brother didn’t seem that way though. Let’s just praise God we had happy childhoods & great siblings :)

  12. @ Lothario: Sounds good :) 23’s old by your standards? Yeah I guess it was to me too waaaaaaaaay back then.. On the bright side, one day I guess I’ll look back & say hey 27 sounds soooo young :)

About the wisdom teeth, think only the wise get ‘em. Not demented minds who randomly muse.

@ noojes: You like the cat too? lol… It’s like the insane people in the world are more appreciated than the normal ones. Entertainment factor maybe? What’s this world coming to? Sigh.
