… in a movie theatre that is?

Went to Fame and was pampered with Gold Class treatment.

The absolutely plush leather recliners would have made Joey proud. You could just sink into them. Put your legs up (or anywhere for that matter - there was that much place!) & relax.

We were delivered our special special blankets (complete with “Gold Class” embroidered on ‘em) and red satin covered pillows (for extra pleasure?).

There was a neat wooden polished table between our two seats - one between every two, it’s obvious this is designed for pairs which allows you to put your edibles on it without coming in the way of the two sitting together.

And oh yeah, we did see a movie too.

  1. wow!

u saw Munich in that comfort? talk abt irony!

  2. What next!!

  3. huh Joey from friends ?.

  4. @ gps: Yeah it was a bit ironic. Then again, we don’t need to be in a bad state to watch terrorism movie, huh?

@ Alex: Dunno, but will keep ya informed ;)

@ Rahul: Yup, Joey from friends. His “Rosita” remember? This was complete with the extending leg rest etc. Only thing missing was a vibrator, then again I’d probably fallen right off to sleep so maybe in a movie theatre that’s not so needed!

  5. Looks lovely…have heard loads about it…better go soon

    noojes

  6. good point!

  7. wow! u look like a queen enjoying yr luxury!

  8. @ noojes: Do!

@ Aparna: Actually am very simple at heart… But can do luxury quite with ease ;) Incidentally, most of my friends say Princess, but thx for the upgrade!

  9. So this is how you saw Munich… *goes green* Sterling gave me a chair and enough room not to kick the person ahead of me :(

  10. Were the blankets clean? How would someone know who used them just before you did etc. etc.?

  11. @ Van: :) Think there’s some of that at Fame too. This is just another sitting area they call Gold Class.

@ Biju: Thx mate for taking all the joy out of me. Knowing our blasted Indians they probably were not washed…. Darn. But they did look pretty clean. Double darn.

    Am flying economy next time.

  12. alright, princess. lol. actually never been to a Gold Class in any B’lore theatre. Not sure if we’ll be pampered the same way here.

  13. Melody what theatre was that? how much did it cost? I would love to try one of those gold class theatres when i am in mumbai. I never heard about it until i read it in your post. 14. @ Aparna: Well the next time you’re in Bbay then!

@ Tulan: Was in Fame (said so in the second) line. And I think it was about INR 300/350 a seat.
