Friday night - Bonnie came over & we both went to Zenaida’s place for her 21st Bday party …. awwww, cho chweet :) Also had Dillon’s party to attend - but didn’t go as I’m off parties for Lent (Zen’s is a prayer group thing). Led the thanksgiving for Zen & had an overall nice time with the gang as usual, though had to come home early as I had a sudden change in plans & had to be in Bbay Hosp (conference) by 8am on Sat.

Saturday, got up nice & early & went to Bbay Hosp; thankfully dropped by dad. Stayed for a couple of hours & then took a nice long walk before getting home to Bandra. Bonnie wanted to shop, so we perused a couple of shops on Hill Rd - I got 2 nice tops for myself :) After that we just chilled.

Ajay came over & we worked on the new WebberZone template. Couldn’t work long as I had to go to chapel - am trying as hard as I can to be faithful & go to chapel for an hour daily, praise Jesus. Also met up with a friend later & had a nice dinner & convo.

On Sunday: Went for Holy Mass with the family as usual. Instead of going over to Nana’s, dad brought Nana over to our place - which was great as Ajay & I were still working on the template.

Evening dropped into church for Saby’s triple grace fest :D [he received baptism & holy communion & confirmation!] & then dropped into chapel to spend some time with my Lord.

Ended the day by celebrating Saby’s joy at Janice & Jorden’s place. Had an open air praise & worship (in the compound) and then chilled a long time as the take-out took forever to reach!

  1. I received an email forward saying that 400 christians were saved from the tsunami because the Muslims would not let them celebrate Christmas in the town so they all went up on the mountain on the 25th of December and stayed overnight. This resulted in their being kept safe from the destruction below. Is this really true.

  2. Hi Betty, all I can do is re-direct you to the Expats Indonesia Page, from where I quote:

“We have confirmed the story via phone and email with Bill Hekman and through an Indonesian pastor who has heard the story from several persons with firsthand knowledge”
