When the cats are away…

My parents decided to skip town for a while (5th - 11th) & spend some time in Sunny Goa. They had a great time - the Carnival was on & there were tons of stuff to do every day & every night in tons of places.

It is also a well known fact that when the cats are away…. well you know, lol. On the very first night, a group of about 10 of us were all sitting around playing Dumb Charades, Truth or Dare etc… when one of the guys knocked over the center table in my hall, shattering it completely & in the process tons of glass was scattered all over the place… the place was pretty trashed..

Another night saw another lot sleep over.. to quote one of them“Thank goodness the table was broken, now I’m gonna spread out right here on your carpet…”

I did tell my parents all the gory details of the week (don’t believe in lying to my parents) & my friends did replace the table… but still it was a long & tiring (& yes, fun) week..!

Oh gosh! I have never waited for my parents to come home so much.. lol.
