Ana & Eric both looked great, the function was lovely. It was kinda hard to be sure whether Ana or her mother were happier ![]()
Had a lovely time - don’t know when I’ll see all these guys again; Resham flew off to the States from the wedding itself, Reshma’s off to South Africa in a few days. Though the rest are around, it’ll still prob. be a while..
One thing which DEFINETELY deserves a mention was the AMAZING food!!! The food was served on a banana leaf in traditional Parsi style. Chicken, Mutton, Prawns - you name it… however it was the Fish with white sauce - Patrani Machi - that was DIVINE - just DIVINE. I have gone for 2 Parsi weddings before (one in Valsad, where Sim & I spent a fabulous week & another in the same venue as Ana’s) and they both were great. Conclusion: I love Parsi food!
Here’s a pic of my banana leaves
right in the beginning (so you can’t see how much I really pigged out ![]()
